How It All Works
In order to achieve this objective, Focus National Est. is fully geared with the necessary manpower, infrastructure and customer support information system. The Customer Support Department (CSD) consists of a highly skilled group of professionals.
Any service call reported in Muscat at/before 11am will be attended to the same working day. Calls reported after 11am will be attended to on the next working day of Focus National Est.

The customer support department has a powerful information system which can produce reports on the calls reported, log-in time, nature of problem, name of the engineer attended to the call, status of problem, rectification measures taken etc. details as and when required.
In addition, the department maintains a database of all the installations with product details and history, most frequently reported problems and possible solutions. This will enable our engineers to quickly troubleshoot the problem/provide a ready solution.
In order to provide the best support, the customer support department is equipped with a dedicated telephone line, state-of-the-art testing facility and an inventory of most frequently required spares. Moreover, each engineer is provided with a mobile phone that will enable Focus National Est to direct the Engineers on the field to attend to any emergency service calls and keep track of the progress at the customer’s site.
The efforts of Customer Support Department are complimented by our in-house Information Systems Department (ISD), a varied group of professionals, specialized in various operating systems/ application software. This group will help customer support department in troubleshooting, optimizing performance, configuring systems/network, installation of operating systems/application software, etc.
Any technical problems pertaining to products supplied by our business partners that cannot be rectified by our CSD and ISD will be taken to the attention of original manufacturers/developers by e-mail/fax, who in turn brings their expertise and technical know-how to solve the problem.
